Online Shipping Information

Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment. Our online shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order weight, location, and method of choice, allowing you to see the total cost of your order prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once the order has shipped. If you create an account while checking out or already have an account you will be able to log in and check order status at any time.

We offer many types of Shipping Methods. Please be sure to read through all shipping options before selecting.

Customers with PO Boxes need to also provide a physical Shipping address. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. FedEx and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. The shipping method we use will vary so be sure to give us an address that the Post Office, FedEx, or UPS will deliver to.

Orders are usually shipped 1 business day after they are placed. Our order cut off time is 5pm PST (Mon-Fri). If you place your order at 4pm on Thursday, your order will be shipped out on Friday. Delivery time is calculated by Shipping Days (Business Days). If you selected 3 Shipping Days as your shipping option, your 1st shipping day is the following Monday. The day that your package is picked up by our carrier does not count as 1 shipping day. In this example, your package was picked up on Friday.
